"Focal kyphosis centered at T4-5" doesn't sound too body-friendly to me.

Because I think you stated that you spoke with your doc prior to having the report, I'd ask for a follow-up - so that your doctor can share with you exactly what it means in relation to your T-spine.

It does seem to me, as if there is some type of hardening taking place - or, maybe, you're like me and have some osteoporosis happening. (Mine's early onset).

I saw osteop. churn in results when I was looking, only, since the domain lapsed in its registration, the site I tried reading was trying to roll-over to some skank I didn't want to see. We ain't skank; it only means someone else bought the domain and it now carries info. that is unrelated.

Soooooooooooo... your doctor is in the position to help you understand the report - as it relates to your history and symptoms.

Sue, I'm also sorry to see that you are going through so much (with caregiving). No doubt about it, caregivers also feel and do so very much. Please be sure that you are also taking good care of yourself and receiving support :).

If you know of someone whom can help out and whom you and Bob do trust, be sure to take some time for yourself... to do things you enjoy (not just errands). Okay?

The doc had the report, I just didn't have a copy of it. He says I am still healing from my C-spine surgery. Osteoarthritis has been mentioned.
