Default Needs suggetion

Dear Sir,
My mother having much more pains at her right hand.
Diagnosis of orthopedic surgeon is:-

Cervical Posterior disc osteophyte complexes noted at C4-5, C6-7 levels causing both foreminal narrowing especially right neural foramina at C6-7 level.

He gave some physiotherapy treatments like cervical traction along with some injections for 1 week. after that Dr. suggested for operation.

Can we avoid this operation?
