Confused Please help... Cervical epidural shot 2 days ago, intense pain in neck an arm

I had a second steroid shot in my C6-C7 2 days ago. This is the second one I have had since 1 month ago. The first one caused a lot of neck pain for 1 day and helped me get arm movement back and a little less pain for 5 days. So tried a second one 2 days ago. The pain is SO MUCH worse in my neck and arm , arm pit and for arm. I have never had this reaction to steroid shots. During the procedure my BP spiked up from 124/72 to 150/97, came down after 30 min. Also was extreme flushed with heart palpitation yesterday, never had that before but sure it normal. This pain does not feel normal. I'm at a lose as to why and what to do. Also have a headache but not sure if it's from the pain. So appreciative any thoughts. Thank you!
