Default Help finding charts

I post here most often, and well frankly when I post here I usually have a response. I was navigating the site at one point and I came across a sticky (at least I think I remember it being a sticky) that included charts to track blood work/labs. I have been looking for an hour straight and I cannot find it. If any of you know what I am talking about I sure would appreciate the link. I thought it was something like Jenny's Charts or something to that effect. Thanks for the help!
