Default Just because you've had an epidural

Doesn't mean you can do things. I have to admit that Friday's epidural was heaven and has knocked out 98% of the pain. Of course now I realize that it wasn't just the pain restricting me, I have to retrain my core and work around all the stenosis to get better. But not having it feel like someone is shooting 10,000 volts through you is cool.

I just have to be careful not to try too much.
