What scares ME the most is loss of consciousness!
 Now THAT'S scary! This has GOT to be taken care of NOW. Something HAS to be done and SOON. What do you mean by "no help in sight?" Is the doctor not concerned with this? If he's not, you MUST find another doctor because this is serious! Not only the loss of consciousness, but you'll have permanent damage if something isn't done. Please see a neurosurgeon SOON -- if you can't get into your own surgeon, please see another. This is something that shouldn't go unheeded. And please let us know what happens, okay?
