I keep reading nerves heal one inch per month but how does it work? Does it heal from the top or the bottom or all together? How can I tell if they are healing? If I have damaged nerves in my neck, shoulder, arm down to wrist, will I see improvements in my neck or wrist first?
Thank you! I'm 14 weeks post op and trying desperately to get my head wrapped around all this. It helps to understand what is going on. |
