Frown spine fusion & bone.spurs

Had L4,5,S 1 fusion little over a year. Now I have a freakish spur on the other side of the fusion going into the nerve. Wasn't.there before? Has anybody else had this develop after their fusion? Especially with bone growth grafs and stimulator belt?
