i finally found the causes of herniated discs. Usually men between the ages of 30 to 50 are the ones who suffer herniations. Here are the most common causes:
Improper lifting Body weight Repetitive activities that strain the spine Frequent driving Sedentary lifestyle Smoking I found it at www.orthoinfo.aaos.org/topic There was a lot of info there. Take care! Hugs, Lee
