Angry need Help with legal case Letter or short note

hello again friends, it has been a long time since i have posted here, My wife had back surgery on 7/22/13 and still cannot use her hands and they are swollen from severe nerve damage. The surgeon is trying to blame it on her weight and pressure from the surgery. It has been 8 months!!! I would like to ask a dear favor, if you are more than average weight and have had a back surgery done, I would like to here from you in a short letter or note, you can be a personal as you like or as impersonal as you feel is necessary. I am just trying to show this is not normal. just something like I weigh this much, I had this done, on this date, and my hands and arms are fine, I was on the table for this long. this would be a great help. you may even omit you name if you like, or only use your first name?
Thank you.
Carl
