Default 3 weeks ago with symptoms

I hit my head in a sharp edge of a bathroom vanity while cleaning. I knew I cracked it good, but I didn't lose conciousness. I hit it level on while cleaning. I put ice on my head to avoid swelling and continued to clean. The next morning there was a small strip of blood on my pillow that must have come out my ear. I felt a bit hung over the next day, along with some twitching, but went about my business. I did realize I needed to sleep more because i definitely felt tired, very tired. Ok, so I went to the doctor 1 week later to be seen, as everyone I talked to was freaking me out. The doctor gave me some motor tests, and looked in my nose and ears for blood and said everything looked good. He did not feel the need for me ro have an MRI or CT. He told me that I probably didn't hit my head as hard as I thought. He asked me if I had ringing in the ears, and I said not really.

In any case, now it is 2 weeks later, 3 weeks since I hit my head and my symptoms aren't any better. I am less tired, but more dizzy. I still have pressure in my head on the side I hit, burning feet, twitching in both my arms and legs on the right side mostly, and headaches that come and go along with a pulling feeling inside my head where i wounded my brain. I felt faint this morning, but im not sure if it was because i hadnt eaten? Also, i have heart palpitations since I have been injured. Once i began to eat, i felt better. Honestly, I feel scared and appreciate any wisdom shared here.

Thank you for all the info. At this point I will try the burning always worth a try. I go to the doc June 7 and will be finding out for sure what's next and when it will be done worse part will most likely wait for insurance to approve. Again thank you all for the helpful info.
