UOTE=cali4nia;979289]Thanks for your concern! I may not have a good Dr but I do have a lot of family support and people around so worst case, if I get to feeling like I can't take it, my husband will take me to the ER.[/QUOTE]
Thanks --that what i was hoping to hear :) --hope u feel better with that soon. |
It sounds like he did nerve blocks - you could always call his office to clarify and ask them for suggestions. I had steroid injections in the past for back pain that helped for a little while. Hang in there.

Nerve Blocks for back pain
my spinal specialist spent over an hour trying to convince me to have that treatment, the needles to anesthetize the nerves, to see if it worked, then actual cauterization of the nerves (which i hear can grow back!). i declined, i am not yet to the point of desperation.
as for acupuncture, i know it is excellent for many conditions, but somehow spinal compression doesn't strike me as one of them... i could be wrong.... best wishes to all who live with chronic pain, i will likely join you soon enough, and need all the education i can get! StormE1 |
