Default Nerve Blocks for back pain

my spinal specialist spent over an hour trying to convince me to have that treatment, the needles to anesthetize the nerves, to see if it worked, then actual cauterization of the nerves (which i hear can grow back!). i declined, i am not yet to the point of desperation.

as for acupuncture, i know it is excellent for many conditions, but somehow spinal compression doesn't strike me as one of them... i could be wrong.... best wishes to all who live with chronic pain, i will likely join you soon enough, and need all the education i can get!
