Default Hopeing for some help

Hi I am new here and seeking helpful feed back. I had an accident last may and hurt my back. I had a CT then a MRI done and turns out I have a herniated disc a bulged disc with a split in the lower part of my spine and degeneration. So I've had leg pain from the beginning but more so after the injections in my back. So recently I had a EMG done on my leg but it came back normal but I still have pain in my leg is this normal.

Yes I did physiotherapy and ergo and have tapped out of each. They all seem to say there is nothing more they can do for me...
I have even seen a Chiropractor but not much seemed to change.

[ herniated disc a bulged disc with a split in the lower part of my spine and degeneration]

does that mean the bulge has a split in it or ??

Was the chiro highly trained /skilled/expert ?
Did he do any pain reliving modalities - like ultrasound, massage, low level laser, IF stim? or only adjustments?

I'd seek out one that has a low level laser (aka/cold/soft laser) and one that does those other therapies along with adjusting. perhaps some sort of traction might be helpful too. But look for extra training & certificates etc and probably skip any beginners..

Hi there,

I'm very sorry you are suffering.

You mentioned injections...steroid injections?

I have a herniated disc in my neck pressing on a nerve, had a steroid injection and my left arm pain is 100% times worse, neck had been relieved somewhat but never had this much pain in my arm (also new pain/numbness in my left ankle and knee but that's another story...!

I think you need to see a specialist, neurosurgeon maybe? not sure but definitely someone who can evaluate and hopefully come up with a plan.
