That's a 3 hour drive for me. I'll check in Abilene. My favorite "back guy" is in Green Bay WI. But, we moved here in 2000 and I do get to see him whenever we get back to the GB area. I am having more and more problems back there. I tell people that if I was 6 inches taller, I'd be a pain in the ........errrrrr.....Donkey, ya that's it, a pain in the donkey!

I do know where you live, I am "Jan" on Spine & Beyond

It's Dr Christopher VanSaders at the Prevea Clinic/St Mary's site

We usually come to WI every summer, my sister has a cabin we can use on the Peshtigo River. We had some unexpected costs this summer and didn't make it there. Next summer is my --th class reunion near there and are planning to make it for that.

How are you feeling post surgery? I know the boards were a blessing to me when I needed them after my surgery.

Good to see everyone posting again...and I hope refreshed and with no pain.

Carly,
I am doing really well...I still have some intermittent burning in my shoulder..
Other than that I am thrilled with my results..

Has anyone heard from slipnslide?? She had her ACDF right before me and then had the hernia operation...

Default Hello and Welcome Back.....

Hi,

I just notified a few friends...about 25 or so this board is up until John fixes the old forum........ .I had heard from someone that spoke to John that it was supposed to be up and running later in the week. Maybe that person will post something later so that we have a better idea of when it will be up...It is great to see so many friendly faces here as always...It is good to see so many of you here already...

Bobbi...People kept asking about you...and Kathe I was wishing I had your e-mail as well......I did see Jan at another board, but I did not have e-mails for so many people that I care about....I think we should try to make an e-mail list of people so that we can talk when the board is down...I started a board, actually two, before my last surgery. I needed something to keep me busy before the surgery, so if you want to visit and leave messages ever, please do not hesitate....One is for the Tarlov cyst and the other is for the spine...There is lots of information on both boards...so if you need to look for something I am certain it is there....I am still working on the spinal board, but the Tarlov cyst board has a lot of spinal information as well...

Wow, some names I recognize!!!! I'm kind of one of the lurkers, but true enough you don't realize how much you rely on something till it's gone. So happy to see the names I remember.
