Question Cervical Lung hernia

I have a swelling in the supraclavicular region and I was reading the it could be a Cervical Lung Hernia.

Wondering if anyone with a herniated cervical disk has had this symptom?

It's swelling on the left side right above the clavicul bone, funny thing is my neck felt the best it ever has today in about a year but the swelling is really bad.

Thanks,
J.

bulging herniation C4/C5,
and dripping herniation L5/S1, L4/L5
