Default Possible vision problems from c2 bone spurs

Having bone spurs at c2 i was wondering if i could have vision problems. When i go stand up from sitting sometimes my vision fades and starts going black like im about to faint but i dont. Ive had this problem for like 3 years and since my arm starting to hurt i didnt think about it being related so could it. Thnx all
