Default please help with mri findings

Can someone please help me with this?


There is a central herniation at c5-6 with direct ventral impingement upon the ventral side of the cord and thecal sac and moderate central canal stenosis. There is an associated underlying broad based disc bulge. There is mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. There is a diminutive herniation at c6-7
central disk herniation with associated broad-based disk bulge at c5-6 with moderate central canal stenosis, ventral impingement upon the cord and thecal sac and mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing
