Confused Need Help wit MRI

Hello, it’s been a while but here we go again, my symptoms keep getting worse and coming and going on other things. The right side of my neck is a big issue right now, it keeps locking up and I am having muscle spasms alone with serve pain from the shoulder all the way up to the ear cause headaches, ear pain and vision problems. My left arm also becomes very painful from the shoulder along the underarm to the elbow and then it goes numb from the elbow all the way to the fingers. It is a different feeling then carpal tunnel to; When the pins and needles stops and the pressure release it is like a balloon deflates and pops, it weird how it feels in my arm. I still have the numbness and tightness in the left leg and my feet are killing me, feels like I am walking on my bones the hurt so bad at times. The go numb and I have pin and needles all the time I have these bumps in the middle of my feet near the outer edge on the bottom of them, and they HURT!!. I have trouble walking by noon. The fatigue is horrible by noon and the list goes on I wake up at night with my hips aching so bad I want to cry. But any way I wanted someone to see if they could help me with my MRI because I have to see a neurosurgeon and I want to know what I am headed for. FYI this is 3rd one I have had in 2 years and they all say something different. But this is from Saturday 10/12/13, so it is my most recent.
Findings: Variable disc desiccation, and disc space narrowing in the C4-5 and C5-6 levels. . No loss of height or gross malalignment of the cervical vertebral bodies. Cervical spinal cord has normal contour and signal intensity. No cerebellar tonsillar herniation.
C2-C3: No apparent disc bulge or protrusion. No significant central spinal stenosis or neural foraminal.
C3- C4: No apparent disc bulge or protrusion. No significant central spinal stenosis or neural foraminal.
C4- C5: Small, disc-osteophyte complex. Mild central spinal canal narrowing. No significant neural narrowing.
C5-C6: Right paracenteral-forminal disc-osteophyte complex and right uncoverterbral joint osteophyte formation, with partial effacement of right lateral recess. No significant central spinal stenosis or left neural foraminal narrowing. Marked right neural foraminal narrowing.
C6-C7: No apparent disc bulge or protrusion. No significant central spinal stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing
C7-T1: No apparent disc bulge or protrusion. No significant central spinal stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing.
Impression: 1. Degenerative disc disease and spondylosis. Please see above for details at individual levels.
2. Small disc osteophyte complexes in the C4-C5 and C5- C6 levels, without significant central spinal stenosis.
3. Marked neural foraminal narrowing in the right C5-C6 levels.
I had a MRI done at CCF on7/22/2013 this was for something else.
I have minimal rightward scoliosis of the upper thoracic spine
Canal and foramina: There are is minimal bulging of several discs within the midthoracic spine region. Finding effaces the anterior thecal sac but do not impinge on the spinal cord. The thoracic canal and foramina are patent.
So if anyone could please help me I would be thankful, my doctor thinks they might want to do surgery, I am not up for that, 1st I have no clue what they want to do 2nd I do not like the idea of them cut into me. I am able to still walk, talk, and feed myself. They would not do surgery on my back because they said it was too risky I had a 50% chance of being in a wheel chair so I really need someone to walk me through what is going on here and help me understand what is wrong. I can’t seem to understand one thing is why I have so many bone spurs all over my body. Any thought on that??
