Post bi level ACDF and ACCF
The first three days were terribly painful couldn't sleep for a more than 40 mins at a time. Day five much better and six even better. I have been trying to quit smoking and I have had five cigarettes in 7 days. I am so worried I am screwing up my fusion. Does anyone know if I keep it to one or two light cigs a day how much I am reducing my odds of a solid fusion. I am eating healthly and take calcium and vitamin C supplements walking twice a day. I am very healthy other than the stupid cigarette habit. All the statistics seem to be a pack a day or more smokers. Anyone know of any info anywhere or have you had any experience on intermittent or light smoking
Thanks really struggling
