Unhappy Frustrated: T bone spurs, bad discs, and more

I have severe chronic pain in my thoracic spine i think caused by bone spurs. I also have chronic pain in my hips and legs from a herniated disc. It all started about 3 years ago. I couldn't stand up straight one day and my hips and lower back hurt bad. After 3 weeks I finally got an MRI that said I had a herniated disc, a minor bulging disc, and a vertebrea beginning to slip out of place. I got an injection that has actually helped quite well except for the radiating pain in my legs. About two months after that I realized I had pain in my upper back. Had another MRI done that said I had 3 bulging discs, bone spurs, and very minor scoliosis. I had injections in two discs with no relief. At this point I believe its the bone spurs. When I stretch I feel popping and cracking about at the bra line. It hurts every day. I finally begged and got pain medication because nsaids weren't working. I'm about to have insurance again and wanted to see if others have experienced the same thing. What they had done. Their results. I feel so alone in my struggle with daily pain.

I did have a bit of PT but I just couldn't afford it at the time. I have an amazing chiropractor. I don't even have to make appts anymore. LOL I get a little relief from that. I feel better for about a day or so and then it creeps back to debilitating pain.

Does your chiro do more than adjustments only, mine would use ultrasound, soft laser, IF stim , also did the c1 c2 adjusting.

Yes. He uses a super duty TINS unit basically. It feels like a deep massage. And then does cervical and the rest of the spine. Thats about it though.
