Default Acdf problems

Hello all, I'm brand new to this and I'm hoping someone can help me. I am 2 months out of 2 level acdf at c56-67. All seemed great for the first few weeks. And I was happy with it but that all changed. The pain in my neck isn't better and I have very little range of motion. The burning pain in my shoulders and arms is back in full force. It feels like my neck is constantly being pushed down toward my chest and the pain will shoot from my lower neck into my upper back. I've had some serious ear aches as well. I'm not sure if I'm just freaking out and it just needs more time to heal or if this means the surgery didn't work. Has anyone else had these problems and if so did it get better with time? Any help is appreciated.
