Default Need help with cervical MRI results

Any help understanding MRI results would be great. Can lesion be blood vessels and nothing to worry about? What is considered a large lesion? Thank you!

My lesion is 8-9mm near odontoid process. Waiting for CT w and w/o contrast of cervical spine and MRI of brain with and w/o contrast. Still waiting for results. Trying to figure out lesion component as as well as other mentionables.

Any insight would be great!! Thank yiu

Unfortunately you will have to wait until you get the CT to correlate with MRI findings and rule out naughty or nice. Good luck!
