Greetings,
I had complicated spinal surgery 5 weeks ago today. They had to release 5 of the branches of the Sciatic nerve, remove a disc and do a fusion of L5-S1. I am walking! without my walker in the house! and do not need PT. Pain already less than before surgery. I can lie flat; first time since 1988! I was afraid, but am so glad I did it now. it is rough for the first few weeks, but stand firm. Grace |
