I hope the pain doctor told you that results from the injections vary. They were of very limited help to me. The first three did nothing, the fourth gave me great relief for an area the size of a quarter at the point of injection. It lasted only a month, and the pain returned.

The vast majority of people have better results, but I wasn't told the truth in the beginning. He wanted me to have three more shots but I decided against it.

Physical therapy, adjustments, acupuncture--all brought relief. Explore all your options. I've been managing this for well over a decade and it's a nuisance, but please explore all the great advice Jo-Mar etc passed on.
