Default Ongoing lower back issues each doctor with different opinion

I have had years of lower back pain along with it going out repeatedly. For years now I cannot sit at the dinner table (I have to eat standing up) and cannot be in the car for very long at all. Multiple MRIs show nothing outside of arthritis and degenerative disk disease. Five different back injections including epidurals have not helped.

I have been to five different spine specialist who have had five 5 different opinions, and all suggested different surgeries, so I am totally unsure of which one to believe is correct... Also I have been to ongoing physical therapy with no improvement.

I reside in eastern NC and am reaching out to see if anyone on the east coast has had similar issues and if so have you found a back doctor that has actually helped?
