Bio : Welcome to my Bio, I was injured by a gunshot to my spine in his neck in 1987. Becoming Paralyzed my life like the millions of other individuals who are spinal cord injured was changed in an enormous way. Being independent then needing people to live day to day effects many to have to mentally adjust to a new way to live. Understanding what life being paralyzed is like, I felt I should put away my embarrassment and fear to be a vessel for all those who feel afraid and embarrassed to continue to show society people with disabilities exist and it's millions staying home not going out. Technology has advanced in so many ways, I could show the world what paralysis is about. Back in 1987 I almost gave up, I went from doing parties, having a beautiful time dating, dancing, practicing Kung Fu, to laying in bed immobile, depending on needing to be fed, bathed, wiped, dressed and no feeling of my body at all. Through God and good family and friends my survival and adjusting was good. Many changes occurred, friends you had didn't come around, mother had to quit her job to take care of me, emotional issues developed and things like having to wait for help to sometimes reach a remote took hours when it took seconds. They always say, there's always someone worse off than you. I learned a lot from seeing that and it humbled me, I'm more hurt looking at others suffer and I think, I never saw so much pain when I was walking, just too busy enjoying life and sex. It's not many of those who aren't dealing with a disability fault they don't know how good they got it, most of the time life is so fast one just doesn't notice the good man or woman they had, or the abilities they posses until they lose it.

Well, I hope that ends. I hope my work can open eyes and hearts so we all can enjoy life. People in wheelchairs love life too, going to stores, clubs and movies. But when people start fighting, shooting and causing chaos it makes many stay home and not go out. This world should be free to all to experience, God made earth for all of us, but when you go from government level of territory to gang level of street warfare, it's no different federal or friend. It's not until mass lost of life do we make change. Everyone should have a chance to live and usually most of the destruction going on isn't coming from people in wheelchairs. I always loved Hip Hop, even after getting shot and couldn't DJ no longer, I still wanted to somehow do what I love. My friends said I should rap, but it was hard for me to breathe. He heard me arguing with my sister and when I went back in my room, he said that same energy you used arguing use it to rap. Guess your family issues are good for something. Well in the beginning and for many years, trying to be mainstream I rapped stuff that wasn't me. Hard-core, disrespecting and vulgar language was my way of expression. It wasn't until Christopher Reeve I changed my way of rhyming. I realized I was wasting my time trying to impress an industry based on violence and sex. I wrote more rhymes geared towards gospel and when Christopher Reeve passed I felt afraid, sad and lost again like I just got paralyzed all over. Can't explain the feeling I got but it wrote the song Forever Superman, a tribute to a true hero.

From the song Forever Superman, I wrote more songs, I had my lifestyle on how I must live day to day filmed so I could show the world. I'm hoping TV one day sees my work and allows me to help inspire others, to show those who are not disable how precious ability is and we should not waste it on war, violence, fighting and hate. We can make this world peaceful for everyone, so the children, disabled and mature adults can enjoy a night out without having to worry about getting hurt or worse. Let's begin to be humane and not just human.

You're a totally first-class person; everything is just so top-notch!

BTW: I watched a clip you presented on youtube, too. I'm on a slow server, so I didn't get to experience it in the high-quality way you presented it, but, from what I was able to see, it was done so beautifully. Very poignant and honest.

Geeze, that's so sweet of you. Let me find out from FedEx if my account is still active so that you won't have to bear the brunt of cost on sending. I'll do that by Monday, and send you my address and make sure that the shipping is billed to me.
