Default CS MRI results don't match symptoms

Greetings!

I recently had an MRI to diagnose severe pain in my left arm with numbness in my thumb and first 2 fingers. The pain is in my shoulder, bicep and forearm. It started with a pain in my upper back close to the start of my neck. The pain remains after 3 weeks and the numbness is there as well.

There were mild annular buldges at C3-C4 to C4-C5.

There were annular buldges at C5-C6 and C6-C7.

Here's where my concern is.

"At C5-C6, there is a desiccated disc, an annular bulge and a mild central canal narrowing. There is right uncinate and facet spurring and severe right foraminal narrowing. There is left uncinate spurring and moderately narrowing the left foramen.

At C6-C7, there is a desiccated disc, an annular bulge and mild central canal narrowing. There is bilateral uncinate spurring resulting in bilateral moderate foraminal narrowing."

To me, this doesn't really match what I'm feeling. Can someone explain this a bit for me?

My doctor has sent me to a neurologist to see about the pain in my arm. He has also requested an ultrasound of my shoulder to try and detect any injury.
