The past few days, I have been dealing with sciatic pain that goes from my behind down to my foot. When dealing with sciatica, can tingling in the tailbone also be a symptom or would that be more low back pain? I have had chronic low back pain for years now but never experienced the tingling thing. Any suggestions? I'm not one that likes meds as I try to do natural things first.
Thanks to all who respond! |
