Default T6-7 and 7-8 bulging disk

I was injured back in March. Took a month for them to do a mri. Found out I have severe spinal steinosis in t6-7 and 7-8 with bulging disk. Since this hAppened had two epideral injections second one made it wrose constant pain in back and now have constant tingling in both legs and fall down when I walk. Sleep maybe two to three hours a night and wake up. Anyone have any thing I can do to help.
