Default Where do I go

I. like LizaJane, am a regular on the neuro site. I have numbness and burning in my toes on the bottom of my feet. I had a neurectomy on both feet...thinking I had Morton's Neuroma...not sure if I did or not...so I do have to live with some numbness in both feet. However, I do have a 58 year old back that has stenosis, L4,5 and S1. I get tingling occasionally in either leg around the knees, the outside of the ankles....and then it will go away. I've had sciatica in the past when I used to run. Now I'm going in for a second epidural to see if it helps with the achy back and the burning in my toes. If I arch...the stenosis kicks in....if I bend forward....I get the burning in the feet.....I really am afraid of any cutting....I had horrible staph infection with my foot surgery. I don't know what to do.
