Oh! I should have know because I lived over the pond. Actually, it disturbs me to no end when animals are mistreated. I would love a dog but am afraid I would be limited walking it and playing. That physical therapist gained my trust on showing me pictures of the border collies he had for foster homes. Hey, dogs even liked Hitler
