Default please help with neck MRI results

I will write only the parts where there is something going on :

If it say CANAL AND FORAMINA ARE PATENT I guess that's normal ? Because it say that at C2-C3 , C6-C7 , C7-T1 and C5-C6 only here it say also MILD FACET DEGENERATIVE CHANGE.

At C3-C4 : SMALL 2MM DISC PROTRUSION SEEN.NO SIGNIFICANT CANAL OR FORAMINAL NARROWING.

At C4-C5 : 4MM CENTRAL DISC PROTRUSION IS SEEN WHICH EFFACES THE VENTRAL SUBARACHNOID SPACE AND CONTRIBUTES TO MILD CANAL STENOSIS. MODERATE RIGHT FORAMINAL NARROWING IS SEEN SECONDARY TO FACET AND UNCOVERTEBRAL DEGENERATIVE CHANGE. nO SIGNIFICANT LEFT FORAMINAL NARROWING SEE.
