I deal with an aging old back and read so many reports on back surgeries...one leads to another and another and many people keep getting them.
I've never had a back surgery, but a hip replacement really did me in in 2010....lots of complications I deal with and back is way worse since this surgery. Many people learn to suck it up as I do and have had good help with acupuncture which I think I'll start again soon. Many chiros work with laser and ultrasound which can also help. My mind says, elective surgery is last resort. I do stretches for spinal and work with specific exercises for my back...move as best I can but my life has changed so much since hip replacement and not for the better. |
