Default Lumbar puncture

I'm a week out from a lumbar puncture that was not quite straight forward.
Previous surgery and scar tissue made it a challenge to find the landmarks, I have a lot of keloid tissue from l2-s2 area which extends both sides following repeated surgery in same area.
I'm in quite a bit of pain still on my left side with typical sciatica that now matches the right side.
I also have pain that comes over my left hip and into my abdomen.
I thought it would be a simple procedure and they tell you it would give you back ache and headache, because they hit my nerves many times I have gotten more than I bargained for.
Has anyone on here had a Lumbar Puncture following surgery?
Any idea how long this pain is likely to last?
