[QUOTE=Jo*mar;1234827]For the C spine curve, sometimes PT can help, but the bolded part might be more your issue.
Can you describe you pain levels , locations, and what type of job ?
(desk, production/assembly= any repetitive motion or constant static positions etc)
Any past neck injuries or accidents that might be a factor?

this link may have helpful information on PT ,if repetitive job or some other soft tissue factors -
....
Thanks Jo*mar
I haven't worked in about 4 years, lucky to get early retirement, but was an office worker (public servant) for about 20 years, plus an avid reader and uni student (did 2 degrees part-time by correspondence while working full-time) ... Can you see a pattern here?!

no injuries, but about 18 months ago I picked up a double wooden bed on the back of my neck while having a severe chronic cluster headache. The symptoms of pain, arm weakness, finger and hand numbness and pins and needles have. Been progressively worse since then.

Did yoga for some years, plus some dancing, and qualified as a remedial massage therapist so have and received lots of treatments - did my own stretches when I thought to.
