What does the doctor say that did the trial? There is usually a rep from the company of the SCS being used? There should be some responsibility; as well as the clinic used for the trial since none of these symptoms were there before the trial and began when sitting up after the SCS trial was put in. Something is very wrong if a lead came out of the back. It obviously wasn't in placed correctly.

Not sure what options you have, other than speaking to a lawyer. I am not a person that would usually suggest something like this; but it appear no one is taking responsibility. This might put some pressure for the individuals involved to dig deeper and see that you are seen by doctors necessary to find out what happened? It would appear something went very wrong.

Please keep in touch.
