Default Mazor X Robotic Guided Technology Spinal Surgery

I have just learned of this amazing technology by which spinal surgery can be performed. It is not available in all Cities as I understand it. But it is available in San Diego CA. Could someone please comment yes or no you have or have not heard of it? experienced it? or??
This is something I have been searching for and so far makes the most sense for my selection of "reparing" my spinal stenosis rather than opening up so many muscles in the back of the neck. Although I do not know that for sure since I have not gotten an appointment yet. I hope to hear from someone. Perhaps my posting needs to be in a different part of this forum. Thanks
