Help Back injury

How long does it take to heal from a back injury. I am in my 20s and tripped down a hall and my back hit it. Its been hurting for a few weeks, and I was wondering if injuries like that ever clear up? I just want to heal and feel good again and dance like I used to.

It depends , some PT or good chiro treatment, self care for back muscle strains will help.
