Default OK, I'm having the sugery, questions about eating

OK, I'm having the ACDF surgery. Can anyone who has had one give me some tips on eating post surgery?

I've heard liquids only for a few days, some go back to solids right away, you can't even hold liquids or solids down etc.

Can anybody give me their experience so I know what to do?

Thanks.
