Smile ACDF Woo Hoo

I had it last Tuesday and I am already seeing an improvement in strength, I am able to lift my right leg, The "claw" still needs some work. I still think I can do the laundry, wash dishes, empty the dishwasher but my wife won't let me. (how long can I milk this?)

My question. It was C5-6 fusion and right now the base of my neck (say C-7ish hurts like a son of a gun. Than just below it above the scapula same thing.

Other than Tylenol any suggestions? This affecting sleep.

Thanks

SD

Default

Aleve (Naproxen Sodium) is better on pain for me..

Some OTC pain pills can be combined if needed...

Always check for interactions with other meds you may be taking..
