Cervical central canal stenosis
I was reviewing my MRI and it mentions AP 10MM C3-C4 as well as C6. There is a complete effacement of the subarachnoid space but no cord impingment. I have issues with numbness and tingling on my hands and feet, but associated those with my existing 2 level fusion in the neck as well as lumbar spine.
Can central canal stenosis without cord impingment cause neurological issues? (pressure - reduced /no CSF space). I have an appointment with the ortho in 2 weeks to disucss.
Thanks for your time in advance
