Default ACDF Complication

Hi, I trying to seek other or advice on a cervical fusion surgery that didnt fuse.
My surgeon retired and I sought out a new spine doctor. They took xray of neck and I wass shocked to learn I had a failed surgery. Prev doc never mention that to me even though I had several follow-up apts post up with xrays etc. The new doc didnt elaborate except to note this could be causing my current radicular pain. you think. I would also like to find a different specialist in my area that isnt inattentive. I didnt get a sense that the new doc had experience dealing with older patients that arent as active
