Confused Fusion Reversal

I have been reading some posts on Instagram about several ground breaking surgeons doing fusion reversals. This is off label, meaning not approved by the FDA, but allowed of patient meets certain criteria. I would consider this if, 1. I knee how much it cost and 2. If any ROI-C cervical cages have been successfully removed. I have reached out to Zimmer Biometrics without any response. Suggestions????
