Hi Kitt iknow its what it is thats my mantra just put up with it you,ve got it and thats it but 2 of my 3 daughters have same issues my only granddaughter is an absolute mess too my niece also and my 18 yr old grandson ( only man ) we believe its a genetic thingy , but we all have the same attitude so we have got it big deal but you do get low when tired and in pain. we also know we are NOT alone we have each other.

Here is one sticky thread- Medical Dictionary & MRI/CT Terminology
They are where much saved & easier to find important posts are. A web search of the words you don't know might get you the best info. Like- disc desiccation (drying out) Startpage Search results Many MDs use the MRI results along with your symptoms & pain levels to form the best plan of treatment..

Hi, what I can add is that the disc degeneration issue does get to many as they age. For me I know I've lost about 3 inches from my frame due to disc degeneration. I would NEVER do surgery, and have learned to live with it and a MD I listen to talks about gentle bodywork like mild chiro work can help. The MD I hear is a doctor who does Prolotheraphy work but I don't think it's a big treatment in the UK.
As for the young people, and the genetic issue, I don't know, could be. But I stay away from surgeries but it's a choice many choose., Surgery as I see it is the Very Last Resort. |
