Default MarkN Or any of the thorasic folks

Ive been gone a long time and need help desprately. Can anyone point me in the direction of MarkN or I think it was Shrarry or any of the Tspine folks again? Im so lost with the endless pain and eldless dead ends for treatment. I really could use a leg up.
