Mri this week reads:
C4-5: <ild centrsl disc bulge is apprecited at C4-5 and this causes mild flatenning of the midline ventral surface of the cervical cord at the C4-5 levek. Minimal annualr tears of the C4-5 disc at the midline posteriorly are seen with no frank protusion documented, C5-6: Solid fusion at c5-6 is documented. C6-7: Bisc and osteophye ridging is appreciated at the C6-7 level with impingement on the cervical cord identified in a right paramidline position due to the combination of disc and osteophyye. The formanina are are ormal. Conclusion: C6-7 disc and ostephyete impingment on neural structures. Any thoughts if this needs PT, surgewry, or other? |
