Hi everyone, ![]() I can't find anyone with Scliosis on this forum. It has gotten much worse in the last year (I am 60 YEARS old; don't feel it menatally -- DO physically a lot. I am from the boomer generation and still feel that energy but can't participate like I used to.) I also have akathisia, and can't find anyone on the web with that condition. So I feel lonely sometimes. My mom's scoliosis (it's inherited) got pretty disabling in her last years. [Doesn't mean mine will take the same course.] Ten years ago I married a man 7 and 1/2 years younger, so I feel so old often. Can't carry a lot lately. I do need to see another orthopedist. Long story, with physiatrists, etc. Anyway, if anyone has Scoliosis, or knows someone close to them who has it, or thinks I'm in the wrong forum, I would love to here from you. ![]() Also, I am new and would like to introduce myself just a bit. My name is Rhoda, I live in NYC, used to be a programmer and then a human services worker. I work per-diem in the last field. To supplement my SSD. I am also Bipolar II, and have esophageal problem, food-addicted, and don't know what to eat ![]() Thanks for reading; I mean it! You are an intelligreat and kind bunch. |
