Hi, I recently had ACDF in Sept 2014, had follow up CT and MRI full spine, have many issues going on,, can anyone explain what subchrondal cysts are? They are now on my end plates of T-3--4-5, my ACDF was C-3 through C-6,,, are they anything to be concerned with? I have been in horrific post op pain 24/7 since the surgery......also,,,,can anyone give a good explanation on dilated central canal ? I have asked my GP, she just says she is not an expert to know anything on either....am in the process of replacing my NS now!! For lack of care post op! Been begging for help on deaf ears!!! Have a "sryinx" from C-6 to T-2 have had that since 2002 DX syringomyelia, but have all the symptoms of Chiari, and DX with Chiari 0...............ok thats just for starters!! Any information is greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!
