Hi.. I am 26 and had a bike accident a while ago I have had my second lumbor lamenectomy 5 weeks ago. I still have some siatica but it has reduced, my concern is that I can not bend foward to touch my toes or even my knees
![]() I am wondering about anyone elses experiences or views on this?? Could the nerve still be trapped or could it be damaged and require time to heal thats what the Doc keeps telling me Thanks Dinny |
